Tri-star Fire Apparatus custom builds a high quality emergency vehicle or fire apparatus body to satisfy your needs. Our specialty is fabricating private label second stage intermediate core bodies. All bodies are built on a per job order or a multiple order contract to meet your specifications.

Tri-Star bodies are structurally warranted and can be built to meet NFPA F.M.V.S.S and KKK-1822 if required. We will mount the bodies on customer chassis and deliver or deliver un-mounted bodies to our customers. Tri- Star offers bodies constructed of fabricated aluminum, aluminum with custom extrusions, galvanneal steel, steel, stainless steel or polypro. Tri-Star bodies are fire service quality using high grade stainless steel hardware and fasteners. The body doors are double paneled with a removable inner panel that encloses the latch controls. We also offer aluminum roll up doors as an option or you can get our bodies without doors and Install your own door.
